Pouring in the coffee grounds:

CafeRomatica’s conical grinding gear crushes the coffee beans according to your own preference. The right amount of coffee grounds then falls into the brewing chamber.

 

Compressing the coffee grounds:

The coffee grounds are compressed in the brewing chamber.

 

Brewing the coffee:

Now boiling hot water is pumped into the brewing chamber. The brewing chamber expands with the water pressure, thanks to the new spring-loaded brewing chamber lid. Water and coffee powder are blended and more exquisite flavours are infused into the coffee.
